A Snyder County resident tested positive for measles and may have exposed shoppers at a Monroe Township store. The state Health Department says the possible exposure happened July 14 at Lowe’s near Selinsgrove. They say anyone inside between 1 and 5pm may have been exposed.
Unvaccinated people face the highest risk of infection. Symptoms include fever, cough, runny nose, red eyes, and a rash beginning on the face. Symptoms may appear seven to 21 days after exposure…
