DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) — A man is facing charges after he was accused of raping dancers at two different central Pennsylvania clubs, court documents show.
Felony charges of rape, sexual assault, and trafficking were filed in July against Clements Onukwubiri, 62, of Harrisburg, according to court records.
