New charges have been added against family members of a 5-year-old child found naked in the middle of a Swatara Township roadway July 10, according to the Lebanon County District Attorney’s Office.
On July 10, the officials charged Stephanie Schaffner, Jade Shuey and Tucker Heagy with Endangering the Welfare of a Child. On July 22, the DA’s Office added additional charges for each defendant, including aggravated assault of a child, unlawful restraint, and conspiracy to commit each crime charged.
“Our office intends to fully prosecute these heinous criminals and hold them fully accountable for the abuse,” Lebanon County District Attorney Pier Hess Graf said in a release July 23. “It’s a sad reality that their prison cells will be far cleaner and far more accommodating than the living conditions they intentionally created for that little boy.”…
