Contractor facing new charges in Lancaster County following previous guilty plea for theft

LANCASTER TWP., Pa. (WHP) — A Dauphin County contractor is facing new charges, accused of taking money from customers and never completing the work.

Merrill “Bud” Miller is now being charged in Lancaster County. He was previously the subject of a CBS 21 Investigates report, after he was accused of similar crimes in Dauphin and York Counties.

In the new charges, Lancaster Township Police said that Miller signed two home improvement contracts to remodel basements and kitchens for the victims…
