Landmark Cumberland County property is coming back to life, but not as a restaurant this time

Tim and Heather Norris are determined to bring a landmark New Cumberland building back to life.

Two years ago, the couple purchased the former Coakley’s Restaurant & Irish Pub at 301-311 Bridge St. for $700,000.
