3 indicted in Cumberland, Dauphin counties on charges related to illegal voting

Two people in Cumberland County and one person in Dauphin County were indicted by a federal grand jury on charges related to illegal voting, the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Pennsylvania announced on Friday.

Thomas Holtzman, 68, and his wife Marisol Guzman, 50, both of Carlisle, were indicted on charges related to Guzman illegally voting as a non-citizen in the 2024 election, prosecutors said.
