DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — After video surfaced of a Pigeon Shoot happening at Erdman Sportsman’s Association in Lykens, Humane World for Animals is hoping lawmakers will get back to work on ending the tradition in a legal manner.
Live birds are released one at a time in front of waiting shooters, and they’re used as living targets.
