CUMBERLAND COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — Charges are pending after a runaway Cumberland County 17-year-old was located Tuesday afternoon when a family member said they saw him in a park with a knife, according to a news release.
The Mechanicsburg Police Department was called around 12:32 p.m. to Memorial Park after receiving reports of the reported runaway Upper Allen Township teenager being seen in the area.
