HARRISBURG, Pa. (EYT) — Pennsylvania State Police announced 12 promotions during a ceremony at the State Police Academy in Dauphin County.
Acting Pennsylvania State Police Commissioner Lt. Col. George L. Bivens announced the promotions on September 18.
