DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — Outside the Eagle Hotel in Linglestown, two Dauphin County residents did something unusual Wednesday in the name of road safety: watch and count traffic at a roundabout where large tractor-trailers are not allowed.
It’s National Roundabouts Weeks, and Bill Minsker and Bill Bostic decided to use the event to hold what they call a 24-hour “truck watch” after repeated problems at the roundabout, including crashes and damage caused when tractor-trailers use it anyway.
