A Pennsylvania father, who allegedly left his toddler out during a cold winter storm that led to “severe frostbite,” has taken a plea deal to get his charges dropped.

29-year-old Joshua Ryan Kitner pleaded guilty in court on Tuesday, September 22, to endangering the welfare of a child and was sentenced to two years of probation, per People.
The accused allegedly entered into a plea deal with the prosecutor to drop two charges of aggravated assault on a child.
