MONTOURSVILLE — A former Camp Hill man wanted for nearly four months has been arrested in Lycoming County following a confrontation with law enforcement.
Brian James Murray, 48, was taken into custody Monday morning after he refused police commands to come out of a garage on his property in the Trout Run area and was struck by two rubber bullets.
