HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM) — A bold new plan to revitalize downtown Harrisburg was announced Monday, which included a modest plan to do something about the street parking situation. But that part of the plan isn’t certain yet, and would it even be enough?
Look closely at some signs, like on North Street, and you’ll see that free parking doesn’t start until 7 p.m.
