HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM) — Big Brothers Big Sisters of South-Central PA will be “taking fundraising to new heights” this week.
“Over the Edge,” its annual fundraiser, will be returning to Market Square Plaza in downtown Harrisburg this Friday, where participants will rappel 18 stories, or approximately 200 feet, down the side of Market Square Plaza.

Each sign-up helps raise funds in support of Big Brothers Big Sisters’ mission, helping the organization to “recruit, screen, train and support volunteer mentors while providing ongoing professional support to mentoring matches throughout their relationships.”
