LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) – Two men have been charged after reportedly firing shots out of a window in Mount Joy Township. According to a press release from the Northwest Regional Police department, officers were dispatched to the 2000 block of Ridge Road in Elizabethtown following a report multiple gunshots being fired from a home.
