Cedar Cliff’s Cassie Nugin took the top spot in the 400 Saturday at Carlisle’s Stan Morgan Invitational. The junior finished in a time of 1:01.07. CD East junior Madison Livingston was second in a time of 1:01.17, and Carlisle senior Sophia Julias was third in a time of 1:01.21.
