CUMBERLAND COUNTY, Pa. – State Police in Carlisle are investigating an incident that involved a stolen four-wheeler, damaged crops and fleeing from troopers. According to troopers, on Aug. 30 just before 11 p.m., two juvenile males drove a previously stolen red Honda TRX 500 four-wheeler to a private residence along Peiper Road, Southampton Township.
