Williamsport, Pa. — A state police corporal allegedly harassed his daughter in a restaurant before stealing her phone, using kitchen tongs to get it after she stuffed it down her pants.
Knowing his daughter was in Long Island Pizza on Jan. 6 last year, Jacob Edward Brown-Schields, 35, of Carlisle went into the restaurant and began to argue with her, according to detectives working for the Lycoming County District Attorney’s Office. Brown-Schields joined the state police in 2019 and was promoted to a corporal in January at his Harrisburg post.
