HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM) — The aftereffects of Harrisburg Mayor Wanda Williams’ lawsuit against the city council continue to reverberate through the city.
On Monday, the council confirmed Antonio Megna, the mayor’s pick for business administrator, by a six-to-one vote. Megna previously served as special assistant to former business administrator Samuel Sulkosky, who was forced out after a February agreement between the mayor and the council to end their court battle over staff funding.
