HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHP) — “We never wanted to write this. But you deserve the whole truth.” Harrisburg Midtown Arts Center (HMAC) is looking to set the record straight after closing its doors for good after 16 years, according to a public statement.
In the statement, HMAC said it tried to work with city administration to set up a payment plan with reasonable terms that would allow the music center to stay open.
