LEBANON COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — A woman died at a York County hospital after being found unresponsive in a Lebanon County car wash, according to the coroner’s office.
The York County Coroner’s Office told CBS 21 that, after being found unresponsive on April 15 at the Carriage House Car Wash in Lebanon, she was taken to a local medical center and then York County hospital, where she later died.
