YORK, PA — Police have issued a warrant for a 35-year-old man wanted on multiple charges stemming from an incident on West Market Street.
Joseph Culver Boyd, of no fixed address, is wanted in connection with an investigation that occurred April 18 in the 4400 block of West Market Street.
