The York County Coroner’s Office on Monday released the identity of a woman who died after collapsing at a car wash this month.
On April 15, Gladys Lopez, 26, of Lebanon, was found unresponsive at the Carriage House Car Wash on 123 Bowman St. in Lebanon, according to a press release from the York County coroner.
An autopsy was performed on April 16, but the results are pending final test results, leaving the cause and manner of death unknown…
