A Brooklyn-based landlord who owns properties in Dauphin County was charged after he fraudulently applied for COVID-19 relief funds using his tenants’ identities, according to a press release.
The state Office of the Inspector General and the Dauphin County District Attorney’s Office charged Benjamin Eisner with multiple felonies, including corrupt organizations, dealing in proceeds of unlawful activities, theft and forgery.
