CUMBERLAND COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) — A woman pleaded guilty last week to delivering the drugs that led to a man’s fatal overdose in his Cumberland County apartment on Christmas Eve, court records show.
According to online court records, Samantha Pack, 31, of Elizabethville, pleaded guilty to drug delivery resulting in death, criminal use of a communication facility, manufacture, delivery, or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver, theft, and tampering with/fabricating evidence.
Meanwhile, murder of the third degree, involuntary manslaughter, and other drug charges were dismissed during a pre-trial conference on April 30, court records show…
