DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — A Harrisburg teen is facing charges after police say he was seen street racing and then led officers on a chase.
Jason Foulkrod, 18, allegedly admitted to racing another car on Allentown Boulevard Sunday evening, according to charging documents filed by the Lower Paxton Township Police Department.
The officer who filed the charges said he witnessed two cars pass by at speeds over 100 mph. The officer said it happened at a “very busy” intersection, and many other occupied vehicles were around as the two cars raced by at “reckless” speeds…
