YORK COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM)– A York County man was sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole for killing a 20-year-old, according to the Pennsylvania Attorney General’s Office.
Attorney General Dave Sunday announced that Elijah Penn, 21, of York, was sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole for killing 20-year-old Justin Griffith at a park in 2021.
