YORK, Pa. — 34-year-old Adrian Moye has been sentenced to 210 months behind bars in connection to the firearm death of 5-year-old Elias Dowlatram on Aug. 20, 2019.
According to a press release from the Department of Justice, Moye had left Dowlatram unattended in a vehicle while in possession of a loaded 9mm handgun. Moye, who had previously been convicted on three drug charges, was prohibited from possessing firearms.
