A 28-year-old was convicted this week of robbing a man in the city in 2024, less than an hour before he was fatally shot.
The Tuesday guilty verdict against Marcus Stultz came more than two years after he and Erick Boone, 29, first approached Dewayne Brown, 43, on April 17, 2024, at the USA Fried Chicken restaurant on Derry Street.
