DANVILLE, CA – Danville’s restaurant parklets could be officially enshrined in city law–or removed entirely.
The Danville Town Council is scheduled to hold a study session Tuesday, June 9, to discuss the future of the town’s outdoor dining and parklet rules — a program that began as a pandemic-era lifeline for restaurants and has since become part of the downtown streetscape.
Parklets are a surprisingly divisive issue.
