A crash shut down a roadway in Fremont early Monday morning, causing traffic congestion, police said.
Just after 5 a.m., the Fremont Police Department urged motorists to avoid eastbound Stevenson Boulevard from Interstate Highway 880 to Farwell Drive due to the traffic collision.
