(KRON) — The Fremont Police Department said officers responded Sept. 17 to a disturbance on San Pedro Drive that led to an alleged pepper spray attack.
FPD said the suspect and victims were initially involved in a road rage dispute on Decoto Road.
“The subject followed the victims to their apartment, and the victims approached the subject’s vehicle,” police said in a log of the incident. “After a verbal altercation, the subject sprayed the victims with pepper spray.”…
