Forbes’ 2025 Billionaires List: Record Wealth and New Faces

Forbes has tracked the world’s billionaires since 1987, witnessing their ranks swell from 140 to over 3,000. This year marks another milestone: 3,028 individuals made the list, a significant increase from last year’s 2,781.

Their combined wealth reached a staggering $16.1 trillion, a nearly $2 trillion jump from 2024. The United States leads with a record 902 billionaires, followed by China (516) and India (205).
