- ‘We will never stop looking for you’: Savannah Guthrie shares heart-wrenching Mother’s Day post (nbcnews.com)
Savannah Guthrie has made a heartfelt appeal on Mother’s Day, asking the public for help in finding her missing mother, Nancy Guthrie.
The “TODAY” show co-anchor posted a touching video montage on Instagram Sunday, sharing cherished moments with her mother. Alongside the video, she wrote, “Mother, daughter, sister, Nonie – we miss you with every breath.
We will never stop looking for you. We will never be at peace until we find you.”
Savannah urged anyone with information to come forward, emphasizing, “We need help. Someone knows something that can make the difference.
Call 1-800-CALL-FBI. You can remain anonymous, and the reward is still available.”
She ended her message with a plea: “Please keep praying. Bring her home.”
Nancy Guthrie, 84, was reported missing on February 1 after she did not attend a virtual church service at a friend’s house near Tucson, Arizona. She was last seen the night before, around 9:45 p.m., after having dinner at her daughter Annie Guthrie’s home.
Since her disappearance, a large-scale search has been underway, drawing national attention. Authorities have indicated the possibility of kidnapping or abduction but have not disclosed a motive. The Pima County Sheriff’s Office continues to investigate the case.
