North Las Vegas Favorite Pizza Baby Pulls Plug On Craig Road Shop

After roughly three years of slinging thick-crust pies on West Craig Road, family-run Pizza Baby has turned off the ovens at its North Las Vegas dining room for good. The owners say the Craig Road spot is closed permanently, but the pizza is not going away entirely.

The closure was announced in a message on Pizza Baby’s Instagram, where the team thanked customers for their support and said the Craig location had “closed permanently.” The post added that the business will keep rolling out pies from its trailer and will share future pop-up dates there.

Menu And The Craig Road Spot

The shop at 1631 W. Craig Road, Suite 4, built a following with Detroit-style thick-crust pizzas and an Argentine fugazzeta, alongside New York-inspired margherita, sausage and pepperoni options. According to Pizza Baby’s website, the menu also featured pizza by the slice, salads and loaded fries.

Trailer Service And The Trailer Owner

For now, the trailer keeps the brand alive. The owners say pop-ups will continue as they regroup and sort out what comes next, with dates to be announced on social media. The Instagram post also notes that Charlie’s, the operation tied to Chamango’s, owns the trailer and is looking to have it up and running again for events or regular service.

Earlier Expansion And Local Context

Pizza Baby previously tried expanding to a second location on Centennial Center Boulevard in Centennial Hills.
