LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — On his last day of school, a Clark County School District special education teacher was killed by an alleged reckless driver. The education community and family remembered him as a passionate teacher of 22 years and a friend to many.
Jeff Buchbaum, 55, was killed in a crash Friday near Boulder Highway and Desert Horizons Drive, just south of Russell Road.
Police said 28-year-old Zachary Zwick drove at a “high rate of speed” and collided into the car Buchbaum was driving. His wife, Jennifer Boske, was also injured in the crash as a passenger in the car, she spoke with 8 News Now…
