LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — A Clark County grand jury has indicted a man for reportedly driving impaired when he caused a two-vehicle crash in North Las Vegas that killed two people.
Arthur Hall, 24, was arrested on March 22 on several charges. According to court documents, Hall was indicted in April on six charges, including two counts of driving under the influence resulting in death.
