LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — The man arrested after a shooting involving state police on a Las Vegas freeway is now charged with second-degree murder.
Court records indicate the Clark County District Attorney’s Office filed a formal criminal complaint over the weekend charging Sean Shirazi, 45, with the enhanced felony.
The complaint alleges that Shirazi is directly responsible for his passenger’s death, “without any intent to do so, in the commission of an unlawful act and in the prosecution of a felonious intent.”…
