Henderson Animal Protection Services is marking Adopt a Shelter Cat Month with a promotion designed to move more cats into permanent homes — and ease growing pressure on Clark County’s shelter system. From June 15 through June 30, prospective adopters can bring home a cat 6 months or older for half the standard adoption fee.
