LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — A man accused of killing a woman in 2022 had several packages in her name, which police believe were placed after she died, according to an arrest report.
On Friday, Jan. 7, 2022, around 4:50 p.m., Metro police responded to a welfare check from a person reporting that he had not heard from his friend, 68-year-old Yong Temple, and was concerned for her well-being.

When officers arrived, they knocked on the front door and attempted to call Temple, but there was no answer. Officers saw that the blinds were closed, but the lights were on, and that the side garage door was unlocked, but the door from the garage to the home was locked, the report said.
Police believed Temple was inside the home and needed aid, so officers forced entry through the garage door. Officers found Temple face down on the floor of the master bedroom closet…
