LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — The Nevada Highway Patrol responded to a crash near I-15 northbound and Washington Avenue around 7:23 p.m. Saturday.
According to NHP, the crash involved two vehicles: a white Ford pickup and a black Honda HRV, and two unhoused individuals.
The crash involved a red light violation, in which the Ford pickup traveled into the shoulder area of Washington Avenue and struck the two individuals on the side of the road. One victim, an adult male, ended up underneath the pickup truck. That person was transported to the hospital for injuries sustained in the crash.
