LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — Metro police assisted Arizona authorities, arresting a man in Laughlin after a Tuesday night crash in Bullhead City that left a 30-year-old woman dead.
Bullhead City resident Nicky Manuel Padia, 61, is in custody at the Clark County Detention Center in Las Vegas facing a charge of driving without a license and a fugitive warrant connected to the Tuesday night crash. Bullhead City police said Padia left the scene of a fatal crash.
Bullhead City police said a woman was pronounced dead after she was found in the road just before 10 p.m. Initial reports said a person was lying down in the roadway at Lee Avenue and Sixth Street in Bullhead City. Officers determined that the woman had been struck by a vehicle and the driver had fled the scene.

Police described the woman as a transient, but her identity was not released pending notification of her family…
