LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — An employee is suing a Las Vegas home builder over allegations of years of sexual harassment by a former manager, along with sex discrimination, unequal pay, and retaliation.
Stephanie Cherney, a sales employee for KB Home in Las Vegas, filed a lawsuit against KB Home and KB Home Sales-Nevada in federal court on July 22.
