LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — The retired Las Vegas homicide detective who helped revive the investigation into Tupac Shakur’s killing is speaking publicly about the case for the first time, 30 years after the rap icon’s death and two weeks after a jury convicted the man accused of orchestrating his murder.
Clifford Mogg, a former Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department homicide detective, spoke exclusively with News 3 about the investigation, the case against Duane “Keefe D” Davis and criticism leveled at his work during the trial.
Jurors convicted Davis, 63, of first-degree murder after deliberating for less than three hours.
