According to Jaime Giger, her son, Jude, was hit by a car while in a designated crosswalk at the intersection of Paseo Verde Parkway and Desert Shadow Trail near Paseo Verde Park.
Henderson Police said it happened around 7:40 a.m. Jude was taken to the hospital and is recovering at home with minor injuries.
