LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — A former Nevada state prison inmate is suing the Nevada Department of Corrections as he claims officers used excessive force against him and failed to get him immediate medical treatment.
Video obtained by the 8 News Now Investigators shows part of the incident unfold inside Southern Desert Correctional Center, but the footage appears to skip multiple times.
