CCSD faces $51.6M in cuts as millions remain in Nevada’s education rainy-day fund

LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — The Clark County School District announced it has to reduce its fall budget by $51.6 million because it says there are fewer students than projected and increasing employee costs.

In the spring, the district already made $50 million in cuts.
