LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — A daily walk at a Las Vegas park with a Doberman named Bosco led McKee Ranch general manager Erin Pierson-Mills to a young man she now hopes the community will help get back on his feet.
Pierson-Mills said she takes Bosco on walks to the park every day, where a man named Jonathan would reliably smile, wave, and say “good morning.” She said one day Bosco abruptly stopped, sat down, and put his paw on Jonathan’s lap as he sat surrounded by his backpack and warm water bottles. Pierson-Mills said she sat down to talk with him.
Pierson-Mills said Jonathan told her he lost his entire family back in Georgia and struggled through school, barely graduating while dealing with comprehension disabilities…
