LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — A 52-year-old man who police say “darted into the roadway” in front of a semi-truck died at UMC Trauma Center on Monday, police said Tuesday.
The Las Vegas man, who was not identified by police, was pronounced dead at UMC despite life-saving efforts.
The crash occurred just before 11:30 a.m. on Monday on W. Lake Mead Boulevard east of Michael Way. The driver in the semi cab, a 54-year-old woman, remained at the scene and cooperated with Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department investigators. Police said she showed no signs of impairment…
