LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — A woman is suing a Las Vegas hospital, alleging she suffered severe emotional distress after a staff member mistakenly told her that her son was dead.
Attorneys for Marlene Garbowski filed suit in Clark County District Court on Wednesday over the incident from 2024, alleging negligence and infliction of emotional distress.
